Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect mails from one e-mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the e-mail account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
